Nilai 3

Simple tips to learn how to bargain in Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre

Shop in Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre is very interesting. You can find a lot of things in this area. You definitely need some guidance here in order for you to buy good things but with cheaper prices. Let us start here …

When you enter any of the shop at Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre, once you've found an item you like, don't look too eager. Examine the product for any possible scratches or any problems with the stitching on the fabric. Don't just assume the quality is good. This also shows the shopkeeper that you won't be a pushover. Shop staff will start the negotiations with a high-retail price. Then you can counter back with a figure that is lower than you think you can get, and try to stay as close to that price for as long as possible.

Speak Chinese. Some of the shopkeepers especially at Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre know some basic English, but it's always nice to bargain in their native tongue. No one expects you to become a native Chinese speaker out of the blue, but here are a few simple phrases that could make your life easier. (Of course not all shopkeepers in Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre are Chinese. Anyhow, try to target their native tongue would be better.)
Walk away. If you've reached a bottleneck during your bargaining and it doesn't look like either of you are in favor, just walk away. Tell the shopkeeper sorry and then walk away from the shop. More often than not they will come after you or call you back to the stall with a cheaper price. Be reluctant about coming back, and make sure to negotiate for a price on your terms. If the shopkeeper is a little annoyed at you when you make your transaction, you've probably gotten a good deal.

One thing very special in Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre is that non public and not weekend but weekdays is the Best time for you to get the better price. The less people the more advantage you are in Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre. Simply because they are actually want to sell they product out! I believe most of the shop not doing good sales in weekdays. Especially in Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre!

Relax. This last piece of advice might seem self evident, but remember to have fun. Bargaining takes practice, so don't stress out if you don't get the price you want the first time around. The more you bargain, the better you'll get. Others than Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre you still can try some places.

But. Please do not think that you are the winner all the time. Sometimes, try to create win-win situation. Both parties will be very happy. Enjoy shop around in Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre. Have fun in Nilai-3 Wholesale Centre too!

In judging from its sheer size — 165ha — It is currently still holds the record as the country’s largest wholesale centre even though there are some areas try to establish same concept. It is not easy to emerge as such and success like Nilai-3, Malaysia. Apparently, hard work from the management and state government linkage is crucial. They have done a great job on this.

When we visited this place last year, 2007 it still have some free lands to be developed in future. Recently, the developer just completed some rows of shop named Istanabul near the first entrance junction. Roughly about 40 newly built shops there. This is an additional good news for tourist. After completed these shops, size of the unoccupied land is reduced by some portion. We do believe in the near future there will be some more shops to be build by developer. This is to cope with the people coming to this place especially weekends and public holidays.

Short history of this famous place in Negeri Sembilan :

The centre was initially set up in December 2001 to promote goods from China. At that time, China market just opened to the world. It then, evolved to what it is now; aimed at drawing visitors particularly city and town folks of KL and Seremban to come and experience shopping in the outskirts. Not forgetting, during weekends and public holiday this place is crowded with people who are coming by bus from all states. It is a fast gaining popular warehouse shopping centre.

The majority of shops comprise textile dealers selling merchandise at wholesale prices. Among the goods include furniture, car accessories, carpets, garden equipment, bags, luggage, sexy dressing, ladies accessories and others. Lately, NGV installer also set up there. Undeniably, it will give visitor convenience to do some NGV servicing or Installing works while family members can shop around. Fantastic concept!

If you drive to the place, look out for signages. They are a lot of sign boards displayed at the main road when you are closed to this area. You should check out this area and you might end up with a good bargain!

3D 2N BELUM RAINFOREST RESORT, BELUM-TEMMENGOR PERAK, MALAYSIA

Belum Rainforest Resort is set on Pulau Banding in Tasik Temenggor where both were formed when the Temenggor Hydro Electricity Dam was completed in 1978. The dammed waters of the Perak River, Temenggor River, and their many tributaries drowned more than 150 square kilometres of forested land making Temenggor Lake the second largest manmade lake in Malaysia. And naturally, within this still deep water many species of fish like toman, sebarau and kelah can be found. Belum-Temmengor rainforest is basically divided into two i.e. upper, bordering Thailand, Royal Belum State Park which is pristine, and lower, Temenggor Forest Reserve where logging activities are still being carried out. Banding Island is in Temenggor Forest Reserve and can be reached by land vehicles due to its bridge that unites the East-West Highway - nearest towns are Gerik in Perak and Jeli in Kelantan. Belum-Temmengor's lush wilderness contains many species of fauna and flora such as the Rafflesia, rare orchids, hornbills, gibbons, elephants and etc. It is also home to the Jahai and Temiar indigenous tribes.

Parks

Lost World of Tambun
" The Lost of Tambun, located at Sunway City Ipoh, Perak is a truly unique place. As you stand against the backdrop of limestone hills, lake, and lush tropical forest, it makes you feel like a National Geographic explorer."

This place is not just a man made water theme park with beautiful Mayan architecture, gargoyles, and water canals, but is surrounded by 400-million-year-old natural limestone hills which offers a unique, breathtaking view.

Built by Sunway Group four years ago at a cost of RM60 million, this theme park is well-designed with many unique features. It has many different "playgrounds" and is certainly an added attraction to the popular Sunway Lagoon Theme Park in Kuala Lumpur.

It is a perfect escapade for family and city slickers who want to have a short break away from the city and enjoy the outdoor elements from man made beaches, to hot water springs, theme park rides - both wet and dry, a tiger valley where you get to see the wild beast roam freely, and beyond that jungle trekking, caving and tunneling activities.

Start the journey at Waterfall Beach Garden, a landscaped beach with waterfalls and white sandy beaches where you can massage your toes in the sand. Here you can have a light snack as you enjoy a broad overview of the theme park, before you decide to head off for more Lost World adventures.

For a start, why not grab a float for a single person or two, and jump into Adventure River , Asia's longest man-made river ride with a wave generator in the water park section.

Hold onto your tube as you float along the river past ancient ruins and gargoyles with water spraying features. This bumpy water ride will give you a sense of the surrounding as you admire the beautifully landscaped garden with sculptures, and rugged limestone hills in the background.

If you think this is adventurous wait until you try out the other extreme water park rides. For instance, Tube Raiders is one of the most extreme where you climb up a flight of stairs and whizz your way down giant slides, twisting and turning around bends at breakneck speed.

There are four tubes to choose from. The most "enjoyable" ride is a black tube which gives you a sensation of falling in total darkness.

Next is Cliff Racer, another giant slide with huge drops in the middle which drives you forward at top speed. When you think you cannot go further, you're rocked gently down to earth by the strategically risen slides ends.

To soothe your body and for a well-deserved rest, take a dip in Tambun Hot Springs, a natural spring-fed pool with warm earth temperature - a perfect way to relax and unwind before you head off for more action ahead.

Situated next to it are the Jungle Wave Bay, a wave pool for relaxing and just soaking in water; and Explorabay - a kids only zone with smaller slides and large interactive play area with tipping mine buckets, water cannons, spraying elephants, water curtains, and fountains.

If wet `n' wild is not your thing, or you need an extra dose of adrenaline rush, then head to the dry park section where you get to enjoy additional rides like: The Giddy Galleon - a perfect family ride that delivers a brand new experience for fun seekers; Dragons Flight - a thrilling swing chair ride which gives you an aerial view of the park; Perak Parade - a children's carousel with good old fashioned fun with horse rides, and Stormrider - an adrenaline-pumping ride with fast and furious swings.

If those rides leave you weak at the knees, it is time to catch the Adventure Express - the Lost World Train that takes you on a big circle around the park, past majestic ruins, surging water and wild tigers!

Yes, one of the unique attractions here is the Tiger Valley where you get to see the wild animals roam freely in their enclosure, and perform stunts during feeding time. There are a total of eight tigers, formerly circus animals abandoned by their owners, when they could not afford to fly them back, and were subsequently adopted by the theme park and now given the best possible care by experienced trainers.

But the real adventure lies beyond the periphery of theme park in the form of jungle trekking and caving activities. A short walk past the Needle of Tambun - a unique vertical rock formation that looks like a pencil from a distance will lead you to Gua Anak Datok. This airy cave with with stalagmites and stalactites and a high ceiling, with bats nesting in crevices, is a view to behold.

In fact there is even more to see if you have the courage and stamina to climb up further the limestone hill to reach a cave which can accommodate up to 1000 people.

Of course "the mother of all" adventure is the six-mile tunnel, a hidden secret a short distance away from the park. Here you have to swim across a small pond, making sure your electronic equipment are safe and dry as you reach the tunnel entrance - a narrow black hole with chest deep water.

The tunnel is pitch dark, so you have to be armed with powerful torch with at least three hours of battery power to get in and out of the cave which will whet the appetite of the most adventurous people.

You have to tread carefully finding your footing amidst rocks and running water. As you walk through this tunnel, you will see natural crystal formation on the walls, and baby stalagmites. The tunnel widens as you get deeper. Disturbed by the sound of movements, occasionally bats will go berserk and fly above.

After about two hours walk to nowhere, suddenly you reach the end of the tunnel leading to a hidden paradise of lush tropical forest with plants and clear water stream. Rest here for awhile before proceeding back the same route you came from.

Back at Lost World, find a comfortable spot near the Needle of Tambun and set up tent, where you get to sleep in the great outdoors underneath the moon and stars with crickets chirping in the background, under the shadows of the limestone hills of Tambun.
Lost World of Tambun is proud to announce their new attraction, The Lost World Petting Zoo. Covering an area of 80,000 sq ft, a unique petting zoo has been created within the natural jungle, against a backdrop of limestone hills. Here is a place for recreation and learning for visitors of all ages; a place where families can spend time together interacting with the animals. For many children, and adults too, this is a unique opportunity to appreciate animals from a closer perspective, to be at one with animals of their choice, and at the same time have an enjoyable experience. The Lost World Petting Zoo has been created at a cost of RM6 million in an area of jungle formerly called Monkey Valley. There are 4,000 animals and 55 species of animal at Lost World Petting Zoo.

The Lost World of Tambun certainly offers a unique experience beyond the thrills and spills of a theme park, with the opportunity of being in the heart of nature to witness something wonderful and irreplaceable.

The ability to condition the waves according to the needs of the surfers in terms of height, time and wave patterns, Sunway Surf Beach is definitely a surfer’s paradise for both professional and aspiring surfers.

Having undergone a major facelift in April 2006, the old tiled landscape of the surf pool has been transformed with the placement of 6,000 tons of sand, palm trees and huts in the area, creating a tropical beach oasis in the middle of the city. City dwellers no longer need to travel tormenting long distances to have a fulfilling seaside experience.

As with a real beach, visitors can build sandcastles, play beach volleyball, or lounge under the shade of palm trees. The peaceful yet entertaining atmosphere serves as fuel for quality bonding time with family and friends.

5 Things to do in Kuala Lumpur

"An exciting holiday can be fulfilled right here in Kuala Lumpur. Here are a few tips on the top 5 things to do in this bustling city."

1. Shop till you drop
A cliché, yes but it is true! From the local products on the streets to the high end luxurious materials, they are all available here at Kuala Lumpur. Travelling around Kuala Lumpur is now extremely convenient. With the Monorail available at more than 10 stops, you can get to your desired shopping mall in no time.
If you are into high end fashion, a highly recommended shopping spot is the Pavilion, located at Jalan Bukit Bintang. The easiest way to get there if you are not driving is by the Monorail, which stops at Raja Chulan station. Some of the retailers of Pavilion are Parkson, Tangs, Harvey Norman and Times Bookshop.
For the non-extravagant type, the outlets in Bukit Bintang Plaza and Sungei Wang Plaza are the places to go. They house a large number of stores and shops selling a variety of products ranging from electronic items to fashion accessories. It’s easy to get to these places as the monorail will make a stop at Bukit Bintang station.
Still not satisfied? Walk along Jalan Bukit Bintang and you will see other shopping malls such as Starhill, Lot 10 and Low Yat Plaza. Starhill offers prestigious brands such as Louis Vuitton, DKNY and Valentino. Low Yat Plaza, on the other hand, is a haven for electronic gadgets and Lot 10 is a newly rebranded hip and happening shopping mall with Isetan as its anchor tenant.
Move on to more bargains at Berjaya Times Square located at Jalan Imbi. Alight at Imbi monorail station and explore one of the biggest malls in Kuala Lumpur. While you are there at Berjaya Times Square, do not miss out on movies showing at the IMAX Cinema - the largest cinema in Malaysia. The 555-seat movie theatre has a screen that is 5-storeys high. Talk about movies appearing larger than life!

2. Time to eat
Just like the choices in shopping, you will never run out of ideas to dine in Kuala Lumpur. Cool breeze and magnificent views of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline are staple offerings at the Lookout Point Restaurants in Hulu Langat. The eateries open from 7pm to 12midnight and the place is about 30 minutes drive from Jalan Ampang.
You can climb up the Lookout Point tower for a view at a higher plane. Even the views at the restaurants are priceless because during sunset, the whole place and Kuala Lumpur city are bathed in warm golden light. For local delights, the best authentic Hainanese chicken rice in Kuala Lumpur can be had at Nasi Ayam Hainan Chee Meng, Bukit Bintang. Open from 11am to 7pm, Hainan Chee Meng deserves a five star mention for its authenticity and services.

Their specialities and must-try dishes are Gehengizi raan, tandoori promfret, tawa zinga, palak paneer, murgh biryani and kulfi (Indian ice cream). Operating hours are from 12 noon to 2.30pm and 6.30pm to 11.30pm.
Try the most talked about satay Kajang at Haji Samuri outlet in Selangor. Satay is a dish consisting of chunks of dice-sized meat (chicken, mutton, beef, etc.) pierced in the spine of coconut leaves. These satays are grilled or barbecued over a wood or charcoal fire, then served with various spicy seasonings. Side dishes include cucumber and ketupat, a type of dumpling made from rice that has been wrapped in woven coconut palm leaves.
To get to Haji Samuri Satay Kajang is about 30 minutes if you take the PLUS Highway exit to Kajang. Other alternatives include a ride on the KTM Train from KL Sentral station and hopping off at the Kajang station. From there, get a cab and at the mention of famous Haji Samuri Satay Kajang, the local cabbies will get you there in no time. It is open every day from evening to late night.

Some of the bars are associated with a dining area for those who want to enjoy fine dining moments before they hit the dance floors. The bars with dining areas are Bar Savanh, Heritage Mansion, Bisau, Kristao, Mojo’s, Mezza Note@The Loft, Palacio and Buharry Bistro.
The others – Rupee Room, Sunshine Classic Bar, The Loft, WWine Room and Space, serve a myriad of drinks.
